Having stayed here with a friend in 2017 & had a thoroughly enjoyable visit, didn't hesitate to stay again when I was here for the Steve Earle concert. Location is great, staff are superb & the whole ambience just has a lovely feel to it.

This review only relates to the Brasserie. This was recommended to me by a friend for a pre-theatre visit. Book ahead as the restaurant was fully booked and a few walk-in guests were turned away. The main menu and pre- theatre offerings both were great value and had a decent range of options. Staff were lovely and efficient. Food was really good- tasty and hot. This was a great choice

Excellent hotel with a garden at the front for drinks in the sun which was a bonus, in fact we were sitting outside until 10.30. The room we had on the 6th floor was very hot but the weather has been exceptionally hot. Room was clean, comfortable and good shower. Room was serviced after our first day and we were only there for 2 nights, clean towels etc. Staff need a mention as they were so kind,

A really good experience - very clean and presentable. The staff were helpful and friendly. This hotel is well situated for the city centre, and close to Lime Street station. The availability of a (free for guests) car park behind the hotel was useful.
